The County of Los Angeles is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and our communities and to reducing the threat of the Coronavirus. To protect the public health and safety from the spread of Covid-19, all Los Angeles County offices will be closed until further notice. This includes the Sativa office. Sativa staff will continue to operate the water system to ensure reliable water service to customers that meet all the drinking water standards. Phone Customer services will continue to be available Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm, and Friday 9am to 2pm, excluding holidays. We would like to encourage our customers to utilize online and telephone payment options to pay your water bill. Visit our website at www.sativawd.com or contact us at 1(310) 631-8176.
We recognize this is a challenging time for all, and we remain deeply committed to the safety of our customers, teams, and communities. We will continue to monitor developments, adjust where necessary, and do our part to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.

Los Angeles County will be transitioning ownership and operations of Sativa Water System to Suburban Water System (Suburban) beginning mid-2020. Suburban was one of five proposals received and selected based on water rates, community engagement dedication, stang support and commitment to working with Los Angeles County and Sativa customers.
