At the Sativa Los Angeles County Water District, we understand our customers' needs for variety of payment options when paying their bills. Therefore, we offer several different payment options.

We accept cash, checks, and money orders.

Rejected Payment Policy

When a customer's payment is rejected, for any reason, the District will consider the account not paid. The customer's account will be assessed a $40 rejected payment charge. The 2nd incident will result in a $65 rejected payment charge and the 3rd incident will result in a $ 95 rejected payment charge to the consumer’s account and checks will not be accepted for a 1 year period.
Water service is subject to disconnection if the amount of the rejected payment and all applicable fees, charges and/or deposits are not paid by the 28th of the month.
If your become aware that your payment is going to be rejected for any reason and you want to pay for the rejected item you must contact the office to make the payment plus any fees and/or deposits.
